Below, you will find some important information that will guide you in preparing your abstract.


Essential Guidelines for Abstract Submission

  • Presentation Limits: Each presenting author is allowed to present up to two abstracts per registration.

  • Final Submission Policy: Once the submission deadline has passed, no further edits or replacements will be allowed. Please review your submission carefully before finalizing it.


Please Note: The Scientific Committee may change the presentation type during the evaluation process based on the content and program requirements.


Abstract Submission Rules

  • The deadline for submission is June 01, 2026. Submissions made after this date will not be accepted.

  • Abstracts (either oral or poster) will be accepted after the reviewer (double-blind) evaluation.

  • The decision on whether the submitted abstracts will be accepted or not will be made by the members of the Scientific Committee after the reviewer evaluation, and the corresponding author will be notified by e-mail on June 14, 2026.

  • The abstract text should not exceed 300 words (excluding the abstract title) and should include maximum 1 table and 1 figure.

  • Keywords must consist of at least 3 and at most 5 words. 

  • In order for the accepted abstract to be presented at the conference, at least one of the abstract authors must register for the conference and pay the fee.

  • Abstracts must be compatible with the Conference Topics.
